The Exmouth Mussel Company has teamed up with seasonal organic box experts Abel & Cole to offer you a 1 kilo pack of fresh live shellfish sealed in a protective atmosphere. Retail buyers can now access the same technology that the wholesalers enjoy so you can have restaurant standard mussel dishes at home.

Myles says “ You can store our packs for 8 days in the fridge without harm. Once you have cut the seal, empty the contents into a colander and rinse and shake in a stream of cold water discarding any that remain open. Check we haven’t missed any seaweed or a beard or two and then straight into the pan.
